Training
This is a new
addition to the website and will be your first port of call whenever you have
completed some training. Below you will find a link to a spreadsheet that
contains a weekly training log and you will need to be 'invited' to view it so
watch out for the email - this ensures that only those within the club can view
the information. If you haven't received an 'invitation' by the end of
September, please let Sue Grobler know
Over the next
few weeks you should check back here at regular intervals as Jo and Jenny will
be adding their words of wisdom that will help you with your weights, ergs etc.
Please make sure that you update the spreadsheet regularly, Jenny and Jo will
use it to track progress and ultimately select crews.
