Terms and Conditions
Barnes Bridge Ladies Get Fit and Row course

1. Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years old.
2. Health & Safety: You confirm that you are physically able to participate and will inform the club of any medical conditions. You must be able to swim 100m.
3. Conduct: Respectful behavior towards coaches, members, and equipment is expected at all times.
4. Fees & Refunds: The course fee is non-refundable unless cancelled by the club.
5. Liability: The club is not responsible for personal injury or loss/damage to personal belongings.
6. Weather & Cancellations: Sessions may be rescheduled due to adverse conditions. The club will notify participants as early as possible.
7. Photography: The club may take photos/videos for promotional purposes. Please inform us if you do not wish to be included.
8. Privacy & Data Protection: The club will collect and store personal data only for course administration, safety, and communication purposes. Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
