Henley Women’s Regatta

Thank you to everyone who made this happen – coxes, coaches and volunteers.
A special mention must go to Katie Martin, who rowed with us last year. Katie moved jobs and joined local club The Lea. Katie has had a great year with her new club. Katie and her crew from The Lea were well deserved winners the Intermediate C8.
Beyond Henley
Its time to have some fun and maybe learn something new. We’re looking to organise some cycling in Richmond Park, BBLers past and present welcome. Details to follow.
Finally, the next few weeks we have some social and fundraising events.
Saturday 13th July: Ergo challenge at the Barnes Fair – volunteers, donations of prizes and cakes please
Sunday 28th July: Join in / Get fit and row 2013 Open day – its going to be hard to top last years event – volunteers to talk and demonstrate rowing (erg/tanks)
Saturday 17th & Sunday 18th August: BBL do Oxford Sprints – weekend of racing, bbq and maybe even some camping
